LEE ROGERS

co-owner, President

After a varied career in his youth, Lee followed his father, Marston Keith Rogers, into the Financial Planning business in 1983. Lee is a Financial Advisor with a Series 7 general securities license. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a degree in Ministry. As a result of suffering a life-threatening stroke in 2009 his passion is helping people turn problems into opportunities. He is co-founder of Adopt A Grandparent Day whose mission is to organize visits to seniors in nursing homes and is a volunteer at Northwood Church. Together, he and Kathy have 3 children and 5 grandchildren..

KATHY ROGERS

co-owner, Vice President

Having been a successful small business entrepreneur for 40 years her work experience is a versatile mix of knowledge and expertise in varying fields. Her passion is to help individuals and businesses design and implement retirement plans and business exit strategies thereby decreasing financial anxiety surrounding retirement. She is co-founder and Board of Directors President of Adopt A Grandparent Day whose mission is to organize visits to seniors in nursing homes. She serves the Women’s Resource Center as Board of Directors President, is a volunteer at Northwood Church, mother of 3 and grandmother of 5.

 
 

Chad Bentz is a Financial RepresentATIVE WITH mATRSTON rOGERS gROUP.

Chad obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 2001. He began his professional career working in his family-owned business, whose sales he helped navigate in 2006. In recent years, Chad has started, grown, and sold two other distribution businesses.

His personal experiences fuel his decision to become a Financial Consultant. He desires to assist other business owners in navigating personal wealth growth while keeping an eye on generational ownership transfers and the potential for buying and selling businesses.

Chad is an active community member; he has been involved in numerous youth sports organizations, which have a special place in his heart, as well as St. James and St. Joseph’s Catholic churches.

Chad, his wife Julie, and their three children are lifelong residents of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. In his free time, he loves attending his children’s sporting events. He enjoys golf, the outdoors, and traveling with his family.
